Hi,
Things are going well but I am so grateful for the simplest thing - I can now sleep on my left side. The incision pain is almost gone.

Hi,
I was sleeved on 3/21. Still can not move freely and in some amount of pain on my left side where my surgeon took out my stomach. I am not on pain meds because I have to work and drive so just taking Tylenol. Is this normal? Some days are

HI
I have been trying different protein powders. They all taste so sweet and just fake.. I have thought that perhaps I would mix a unflavored powder + soy milk with a very small amount of banana??
How have others gotten around this??</
