"Dr Ferrari is a kind and caring individual. His office staff is very helpful and always making sure your doing well. The office staff also helped in all aspects of referrals and authorizations from the insurance. I did nothing as far as the insurance was concerned. The surgery went wonderfully and I had no complications of any kind. Aftercare was emphasized over and over by the doctor and his staff. If I had any questions they were all more than willing to help in any way they could. My overall rating of Dr Ferrari would be a 9 he is both competent and caring."
