Hi all,  I have had numbness in my feet for about four months now.   I am just over 1 year post op.  I first noticed the numbness in my right leg.   It goes from about mid calf to my foot but only on the top.   A few weeks ago it spread to my left leg

I had my surgery March 13 of this year.  I'm down 75 lbs!!!!  Anyways, I need a new winter coat.  I don't know if I should buy a new / second hand?  And maybe wait till next year to buy new?

I tried to search this but the search isn't working.  I'm 3 mos. post op.  I'm still on chewable calcium citrate.  Can I take the pill form yet?  (It's soooo complicated to get the chewable).  

If I can take the pill format what kind is best?  

I'm having a lot of trouble finding a multivitamin.   I can't tolerate the taste of the Centrum silver chewable,  so I tried the Wal-Mart brand chewable and i got through 1.5 and they made me feel so sick.   I'm now taking a women's one -a- day and i c

I'm about 13 days post op.  I've been following the food guidelines very closely.  I have finally managed to nail down all my chewable vitamin supplements so I think I'm fine there too.
