Hi JoAnn girl I am so ashame. It has been a while since I posted to you. An angle is suppose to do better than this. I will in the future girl. When I spoke to you last you were doing very well, so my advise is for you to keep up the good work, of which I know you will. I can't wait until I'm a big FAT loser too!!!!!! like you. Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now almost 2 months – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 82 pounds!!! Good luck! - btw - cute profile!!!

I spoke with Joann this morning (she actually called me!) and she had her leak test and passed it with flying colors. She has been up and walking and is feeling some pain but says it isn't too bad. She sounds like she is doing great and she is happy to be a LOSER.

While I was at church this evening Joann called and left a message on my answering machine. She is hurting a bit but feels that it is well worth it for the results she will have. She has been up and walked and is doing great!!! PRAISE GOD!!! Carrie Hall

Hi talked to Joann's husband, Rickey, this morning just after Joann was coming out of surgery and into recovery. Her surgery went well and he was getting ready to go in and talk to her. I will update again later when I am able to reach them again to see how she is doing. PRAISE GOD!!! Carrie Hall
