???? lbs!

I’ve been a member on here since I started the Oftifast in January, but have never posted on here. Since today is a monumental milestone for me, I thought I would share. As of today, I reached 100 lbs of weight loss. What a surreal feeling. 

On January 29th of this year, I embarked on a surgery that changed my life. I still have a long road ahead of me, but thanks to everyone who posts on here, I know I will continue to succeed. Just because people don’t respond to your post, doesn’t mean they are not affected by what they read. I gain insight, tips and courage from all of you. And I thank each and every one of you.
