I am STILL here!!

Okay, it's been quite a while since my last post, but I am still here.  My life is still greatly enhanced after having this surgery and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.  Overall, I have gain about 40 of the 140 pound loss, but I continue to be mindful and careful about over indulging.  I have been a member of JumpStart Fitness Camp for 7 weeks and I have began to redefine my body with intense exercise and a new eating program. 

I am so grateful and humbled by this entire journey.  This morning as we were cooling down in the class I became overwhelmed with gratitude and began to cry because it is such a blessing to be able to push my body to the limits and have my body give me its BEST.  I believe we take it for granted until you are in a place where you realize how dependent you are upon your body.

I will give my body what it needs more than I will give myself what I want.  My body is a beautiful and amazing machine and my mind is an amazing tool.  I am taking care of both in order to receive the very best that Life has to offer.
