6 months and many life altering experiences so far

It seems incredible how much a life can change in just 6 months. How is it that so many important thing can change in just a short amount of time when you have years becoming what you are at this moment! Surgery was the catalyst for all that is now becoming my new life. I am happy to have done it, I am healthier and feeling better and working through the obstacles that changes always bring along . I am learning so much about myself , about how i relate to others and situations just by cutting food out of my life. Sometimes painful realizations but oh so necessary and I understand that without them I will not grow as a person.
