I had a non scale victory today...I have not been to Hobby Lobby in years. Today I went and walked the whole store. Then went to The Casino and then to WalMart. I haven't been able to walk for very long at a time for years. I came home and cried I was so happy. I'm tired but it felt really good that I was able to do it.
