Well I am 7 years out. I have gained a little. After 7 years it is easy to fall back into old bad habits. I still want to lose 10lbs. I have been trying hard to get in my protein and not snack. I just have to remember the golden rule. Gastric Bypass is a tool, not a miracle. If I do what I am supposed to do I am fine. If anyone has any questions just message me.
