i had my BPD/Ds in 2002 well last post i had put on 10 kg now its up to 14 kgs I was 140kgs and am now 89kgs i have tried to get this off im not sure what else to do i tried keto that didnt work not even a bit and i tried optifast the full

hi i had my surgery 2002 and now i have gained 10kgs back just wondering how to get it off would it be safe to do optifast for 2 weeks?

Hi bpd/ds 15 yeqrs ago but what i didnt know that i could put weight back on i lost 75 kilos now i have put on ten and i want to loose it agin any good ways optifast for 2 weeks ,keto diet any ideas would be appreciated
