May 15, 20117 months out and noticing I am getting into old habits. I am getting stressed, bored, lonely, etc. and my usual behavor is to sit and munch . I don't even really want to eat or even realize I ate. But, someone on the message board made a very good point... if I don't bring home the munch food .... it won't be here for me to eat. It is in my control. I need to acknowledge it out loud. I need to take back my control. Wish me luck!
