Slow start, but a start

I have started this week, but very slow.   I was very sick the last 3 weeks with a severe sinus infection.  My face, ears, throat and chest have been very painful.  I have taken 2 different antibiotics.  My neck has been so so stiff and painful,  Nothing is helping the pain.  Now that I am off antibiotics my teeth on the right side of my face are killing me... WTF is up with that?

Oh well, I am replacing my big addictions (Lays Stax, Reeses peanut butter cups, ice cream cookie sandwhich) with more water and frozen edamame.  My calorie count for the day have gone from 4,000/day to 1,500/today.  It is a start.  

My activity has not picked up too much because I still have the face, neck and chest pain and congestion but I am doing more and more everyday.
