Uplifting NSV - Finally went and bought some new bras (the others were " letting me down" after losing 3 to 4 sizes).  Feeling a lot better in my clothing and the girls are looking a lot perkie...

NSV - Actually had to wear a belt today  (haven't done that in years) to hold up my jeans (also down 3 sizes) and then found a few missing muscles during my riding lessons.  Yikes, go...

My first NSV - Saw my Doctor today, my blood pressure is now normal and I am off the meds - yeah!

On my way... - Last day of Opti today and then to surgery scheduled for 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.  The stories and advice from this board have sure helped me along the way.  I hope that bench still...
