Hi Everyone, feeling pretty frustrated at this point. I have stuck to plan 100%. Kept track and followed plan and today at Dr post-op visit up 3 lbs from two days before surgery on June 23rd. I am getting at least 8 cups of fluid in and only taking 1/2

Hi Everyone, it will be two weeks on Friday since my RNY. I was just wondering what my family physician will be asking tomorrow. Should he be doing my blood work? Doing great on Full fluids. ☺

Day 11 done of Optifast. Will not miss it. It gets real easy after the first week but very boring. Not nervous at this point as I really feel this is a great life changer. I realize it is a tool and I am the one who has to make it work. Looking forwar

Today is the day I see the Surgeon and get my Options. I am so excited. Fingers crossed to get a date today and not too far away. So ready to get this tool. This has been a real learning experience. Everyone here has been a wealth of knowledge.

Got my results yesterday and I am negative. So excited. Going to get my sleep study CPAP numbers at noon. Then off to the Surgeon I go. Getting really close. Really feeling encouraged today.

Hi Everyone, just got back from my sleep study results and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I have been approved by Social worker and Dietician. Nursing was pending sleep study. Will I get denied for surgery. I am going to pick up a CPAP tomorrow

I am so happy. Was approved by Social Worker, Dietician and pending my two test results will be cleared by Nurse. Just waiting on Sleep study report which I am getting next Monday and my Neuclear Breathe test.

Yippee! ! Just called Queensway and got an appointment for my Sleep Study for tomorrow night. Just need my Neuclear breathe test and if it is clear approval is just around the corner. Hope this means surgery is soon. Going through Guelph and things see
