~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~WOW~ Thursday Morning APRIL 1, 2004 "APRIL FOOL'S DAY" Happy April Fools Day Everyone... Don't fool yourself about this Surgery Stuff...Some serious stuff~ Take this serious...I'm constantly seeing and reading emails from people who really haven't made it a serious decision yet. I saw a man in WALMART last week that DRASTICALLY NEEDED this surgery and the benefits from it...But he was looking at all the reasons why not too. I was very scared and worried for him... But that won't do a darn thing for him or his loved ones. He has to make his own mind up. I work with folks that made decisions to have this surgery, but weren't ready either and have had complications after complications. I read emails from people on this website that are moaning and groaning all the time about the diet they have to follow...Give me a break~ I guess I was lucky and will NEVER FORGET where I came from and will always remember all to well what it was like to be 550 POUNDS and NOT WELL! ~ Know his peace~ Have you tried the "UNJURY PROTEIN PRODUCTS" yet? Give them a call- 1-800-517-5111 or www.unjury.com NEED SOME HEALING? Go to www.atwe.org ~Get the Lords Peace~

~SUNDAY MORNING MOTIVATIONS~ SUNDAY FEBRUARY 8TH, 2004 HEY ALL YOU PRE-OPS....You should be PROTEIN LOADING as we speak...helping to prepare your body for the up and coming shock of it's system. All the nutritionalists have indicated and certainly we the POST-OPS have made these statements many times. "Protein Load" before the surgery." The UNJURY products are in the PUREST FORM of whey protein isolate. We can get cheaper cost products right off the shelf...but ask yourself WHY? Research this area...I do after all it's my body and I want to have the edge in my favor, and you need to also. I won't risk having health issues because I want to be cheap. Sure sometimes it's economics and you might not have the funds then you resort to whatever. Call Martha @ UNJURY, tell her that I suggested this and it's a free call. Speak to her directly as she is an expert in that field of nutrition. This is so medically important to have protein build up in your system which will help to assist your body to repair itself from the surgery. Our bodies then after surgery need TONS of PROTEIN to get through our days. You of course won't be getting tons of proteins at first...because the portion and capacity of drinking and eating is very minimal for the first 8 weeks. FOLLOW THE PLANS TO THE LETTER~ I can't say that enough...this is so important...you must adhere to the PROPER NUTRITIONAL STAGES after surgery. Keep in mind what has brought you to this stage of OBESITY. You will eat and drink again many of the things that you have for years...JUST SMALLER AND MORE CONTROLLED EATING AND DRINKING...Sure there are many things that you'll have to go without...So what the trade-off will be worth it. Look how you feel now...START IMAGINING HOW YOU WILL FEEL~ It will amaze you as time clicks by... I'm still looking for the HUGE-HUMUNGOUS-MAN in the reflections looking back at me... ~Know his peace~ GET YOUR PROTEIN! www.Unjury.com 1-800-517-5111 MARTHA or JEROME

SUNDAY MORNING MOTIVATIONS NOVEMBER 30, 2003 Wow...this has been a full week. Work at National Car Rental is constantly changing. I look around a see so many people that need to have this surgery and wonder prior to me even thinking about it would I have been open-minded enough to listen to someone else coming up to me and saying you need to have surgery to loose weight since it seems that you can't loose it any other way. GOSH what did I just say...someone did just that to me in JULY 2002 in Boca Raton Florida...he came up to me and lifted up his shirt showing me this big belly scar and saying..."I used to big and fat just like you and was out of breath just like you also." But then I wised up and realized that we fat people just can't loose the weight without having surgery. Come to a support group meeting tonight and find out about it... Well the rest is history...because I did just that. Sure at the time I wanted to hit the guy...even the training partner that I was with in Boca Raton, said to me later on that night as we're at a restaurant FEASTING on STEAK-LOBSTER-SHRIMP-OYSTERS, Etc..You where extremely RUDE TO THAT GUY...Hey because he was telling me that I wouldn't eat like this again...And shouldn't. I didn't want to here that...have a great week. ~KNOW HIS PEACE~

IT'S TUESDAY MORNING NOVEMBER 11th, 2003 ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY SINCE THE RNY SURGERY @ Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, SC. WHAT A FANTASTIC YEAR IT HAS BEEN....MY WIFE BOUGHT ME A RUNNING SUIT...X-LARGE SIZE and plenty of room in it...Fits me real loose and the comments that I get are flowing in left and right with my appearance. When I go out places it's wonderful not getting those stares and snears from many people...I just don't seem to be the center of those stares anymore. We went to MYRTLE BEACH this weekend and shopped till we dropped. It was super being able to go and go without getting tired. We ran out of money faster than we could run out of energy. I just received my second edition of the OBESITYHELP.COM MAGAZINE...FANTASTIC~ My second year is under way and it's a wonderful feeling being this healthy. ~Know his peace~

HEY GANG...IT'S SUNDAY MORNING MOTIVATIONS SEPTEMBER 28, 2003 Hey my son Tommy and I finished the 3.5 mile American Heart Association walk in Charleston yesterday. We started the walk with everyone else at 9am and finished the walk @ 10am. Gosh I never thought that it would be that much fun and excitement. When we crossed the FINISH LINE...there were tons of SUPPORTERS...EMERGENCY PERSONNEL, MEDICAL PERSONNEL, MILITARY PERSONNEL, and walkers that finished before us...standing and cheering and congratulating all of us for finishing and the accomplishment. I can't tell you how that felt to be able to finish a GOAL...To do it for those that didn't or couldn't. ~Know his peace~ Thanks again Dr. Michael Sabback for giving my life back to me and others.

SORRY about the first post> I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all. (unknown author) FROM MY HEART TO YOU~*~Hugs~*~
