Well am 4 days away from my big day ,I don't know how to do all that tracker things but here my stats 287lb am 5 ft tall my waist is 55 ..so with that being said I can't wait to start my new road n life I know its not a miracle cure but a tool to help me in my weight lost I wanna Thank you for your stories and advice wish me luck
