I have been doing MAF training for the last 2 months where you try to maintain a low heart rate during your run/walk. The target heart rate is 180 - your age so for me, 128. You do the math.

Bike - 120 miles

New long for me plus 1/2 mile before and after. I averaged pretty close to 12 minutes per mile.
I may sign up for a 1/2 marathon. I would like to get my time closer to 11:30 per mile.
