Hi Scherlie, I'd say don't be nervous but heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. For me the week before was harder than the week after just because I didn't know what to expect. Right after I had more soreness than pain but nothing that couldn't be managed. Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you; the negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,

SC - one of my FAVORITE states!!! I am trying to talk my husband into moving there when we retire. It just continues to get more and more beautiful each time we visit. ANYWAY - I pray that God keeps you close to his side during your up coming journey. It's exciting, thrilling and nerve wracking all at the same time. Know that you can always turn to us here at AMOS to assist you through your ups and downs. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I hope for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Good luck and God Bless!!!
