Hi, my name is Scott Rosetta and in 2004 I had bariatric surgery by Dr Miller in Seaford DE, at Seaford Hospital. The reason I am posting this is the IVC filter that Dr Miller put in me may be partially broke and has clotted and blocked my main artery.
