I plan to stay on track eating 700-850 calories a day, exercise at least 30 mins. 5 days a week and participating in support groups. Hoping to make my goal weight of 175 lbs. by March 30, 2018.

Good luck, MamaMielke! I hope you have a successful procedure, a brief hospital stay and an easy recovery. I am almost one month out and 19 lbs down after my vsg. I'd do it again, in a heartbeat! Feel free to let me know how you are doing!
