Hi. Long time no post :) I'm 8 years out. Had an ulcer pop from a staple 2 years ago and am doing ok now. I recently ate some activia thinking, "it can't hurt" and figured it was good for me. I have been sick for 2 weeks. Gas, cramps, the big "D"
