I Believe In Angels I believe in angels, their presence is everywhere. In the warmth of a helping hand, in the smiles that people share. Angels are at the heart of the good things people do, And when our days are troubled, their caring guides us through. Angels' love is all around, in the stars that light the night, In a mother's gentle words, and arms that hold you tight. I believe that angels are special messengers of love, God's way of making Earth a bit more like Heaven above. ~~Author Unknown

Shelly, I used the Nioxin shampoo religiously and I never lost the first hair! I also made sure that I took in at least 75 gms of protein everyday and drank around 100 ounces of water. Something worked! If I were you, I would try it. Good luck. Nita

Shelly, I too love the EAS Advantage Whey Protein, I take it one step further and add about 6 ice cubes and blend it for a shake effect. This is so good it actually seems like I am drinking a shake with no after taste what so ever. I have not had the surgery yet, I just wanted to start doing the things I would need to after surgery so that my system would be used to most of it. Take care.

I am so sorry that your Dr. was a jerk about this. I know that my Dr. has specfic guidelines on when to eat what. Did your Dr. give you any? If not, then he has no right to yell at you. I would think that at 6 weeks, you would be eating protein and soft foods. Go to the pouch rules for dummies. That might help. http://www.angelfire.com/super2/kbc0219/PouchRulesForDummies.htm

Shelly - It took me six weeks to feel like my old self again and it took eight weeks for my to admit that I didn't regret having the surgery. I'm 13 weeks out and now I'm glad I had it. I went back on my Paxil right after I got home from the hospital. I hope you feel better soon. Hugs are being sent your way.
