Hello all.....I will have my 4 week surgaiversary tomorrow! I already made it to wonderland! What a wonderful blessing I have been given! I am so grateful for this surgery!

Hello....I am 3 weeks post RNY. I am on the puree stage. Does anyone count calories at this stage? What about fat? What would be an appropriate goal to stay under for calories and fat intake?
