I had surgery in 2012 and did amazing for over 3years. I got majorly sick and we lost everything. I gained all my back but 20lbs. Has anybody had this happen and were you able to get back to your goal weight. I am feeling like such a failure and am in

Damn Eggs - Why is it eggs are so soft and go right down , but fills you up soooo quickly? I didnt even get a 1/4 cup in and I am in the worst pain ever. I am 5mths out..oouuccchhh
