"In my experience. He is uncaring. All he wants to do is place the lap band then hates the follow ups. He actually told my sister that I was a "pain in the ass" because I kept going in for a fill and he wouldn't do it. This comment is uncalled for. Plus, he has no right talking to my sister about my case."
