So the cafeteria here just started rolling fresh sushi for us. It is more spendy than at my H Mart but sometimes one wants to have sushi for lunch.

Aside from the carbs from the rice, I have always pictured sushi as this pristine health food th

So I am being "meeting out" at work. I have meeting over my abs and body pump classes.

Initially (like all day yesterday), I was annoyed. Bodypump and step are my FAVORITE classes and stupid meetings are always been scheduled at the same tim

Ever get into one of those "I hate all my recipes and I have nothing to eat" kind of moods?

So was looking for a new recipe and this one looks super exciting. Only 7.2 g of carbs. Ground beef, ghee, pine nuts, parsley, assorted spice

For those that missed it, it appears that Teri (thread owner) is out of surgery!

Lets keep sending positive mental energy/prayers/good thoughts for a speedy recover her way!

I am always curious about other people's workouts and get inspired by them.

While the original owner is out for surgery, I am going to "borrow" her thread! I will give it back I promise!

HI Gang,

William Sonoma had a great chili starter (i.e. sauce broth for chili). So I bought it.  All that the directions say is add ground beef. For the size of the jar and the amount of meat added, it is going to be a very runny chili. That me

HI Gang,

Just a short note to thank those that promoted, discussed and ultimately told me about the really great sale on an Instant pot.

Well, I havent been on the forums for awhile because a lot is going on.

I am sad to say, I am going to be a statistic for divorce AFTER WLS and it is not the surgeries fault.

Hi Gang,

I normally try not to be judgy of the overweight and the MO because I once was one of them. No one likes a reformed zealot and the "reformed" are probably THE WORST ambassoder [sic] for many things.

I am approaching my 3 year surgiversary in December.

I am a slow runner and for YEARS (i.e. about 3) I have been trying to get to/beat the 10:00 mile mark, despite running in several 10Ks and half marathons.
