Met my PCP

Well I went to my PCP on Friday and she couldn't get the paper work to Dr. Gens fast enough, she was so excited that I would consider this tool. I was a little frightened at how happy she was. My blood pressure was up a bit and she isworried that it will continue to go up. It has me a bit concerned as well. She was happy that I had lost 5lbs since March, but to me it was nothing for all of the changes that I had made. I guess I am rambling more for me than anything else. Sam took pictures of me for my highest weight and then I took some of him for his 2 week out he has lost so much and I am so scared that I won't be able to do it. Anyways I have started down this road and I know it will be a better life for all of us!
