I know I didn't post last week due to my computer being on the fritz then, and it's hard to post from my phone.  Anyway, I lost 4lbs last week and my measurements didn't move.  Keeping that in mind...

Weight 279.2, gained 4 lbs, overall lost 44lbs

Waist, hasn't moved, still 40, overall loss -13 inches

Chest, hasn't moved, still 39, overall loss -7.5 inches

Hips, hasn't moved...

Weight: 275.2  - 1.2lbs  total loss of -48lbs since 1/1/17

I know I missed last week, but a friend died, and i kinda lost touch for a moment,,,,but here I am....back on it.
