Well, things are still going strong, and in the right direction.   I didn't get the house I was trying for, which is okay, but now to find a place to rent.  So, the business still keeps going...LOL,,,which is fine with me. Packing and cleaning are a good workout.  Just time consuming and not as good a workout my elliptical gives me.  I have no help, so I am doing this on my own.   I feel this week was pretty successful despite the way i ate this week and not doing all of my usual working out. I found myself snacking more than I should, which if I keep it up, I'll be back on the wrong path and wasn't home a couple nights, so my routine was off, but i still managed to get 3 workouts in, and I did log everything.  This is the part in life where I am not as focused as I normally am but not allowed to use excuses, which is what I am used to in times of stress.   I still logged everything, and despite not doing what I should have, i still got 3 good workouts in instead of my normal 5/6 because of running around everywhere to look at places and fill out paperwork.  Again, before this journey, I would find any excuse to not to get up and move, not log anything, and pizza and  taco bell would have been my best friends.  I didn't do that though.  I have to keep that in mind since it's easy to say to heck with it and use any excuse because I am stressed rather than be accountable and do the right thing.   I snacked on beef jerky and pop chips, which are highly processed and tons of sodium and who knows what else.  Those calories add up too and quickly.  So I need to keep that in mind.  I do have to say I am still pretty happy with my results.   I have lost so far a total of  about 7 % of my overall body weight.  I am doing my hardest to maintain activity.  Even when I am not working out, I'm doing more, walking more and don't feel like my knees are going to give out on me.  I'm not that out of breath anymore, except stairs.  I can do the elliptical for 40 or 45 minutes and be fine.  I got up 1 flight of stairs and feel like I'm dying.   So, now just to figure out which workout to do to get that good.  I hope everyone's having a great week.  If you have good weather, I hope you are getting to enjoy it.    Good luck everyone.
