Regain Loss Plan, week 8/9

My stats are just gonna be my weight.  While in the process of moving, and it's still on, I have packed my measuring tape in one of many boxes and can't find it, but unpacked my scale today.   

Today's weight 296.2, last weigh in was 299.6, so for the last couple weeks, i lost 3.4lbs.  For a total loss of 27lbs since i begain this regain loss plan.  I haven't been doing the elliptical since that's at the old place and I'm staying at the new place, and have been crazy busy.  I've been getting a lot of walking in, but not enough for me to justify it as working out.  Also, because everything is packed, i've been doing all my eating via microwaved foods or take out...but trying to make the right decisions about it.  I guess that's paid off.  It's hard to find healthy things for take out all the time.  I've been having lots of salad, and Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite thing.  It's low in calories, and the sandwich alone keeps me full for a while. I get the rest of my belongings and my elliptical next Saturday, then it's back on.  I'm also in the process of looking for another job,,,,so i feel just too may things are going on, so I have to keep the focus to stay on my regain loss path.  But this is how life is, right?   At first everything seemed easy.  My new job was good, my house was good, the weight was falling off, then boom, life happens, and we have to deal with it, while still keeping focus.  It's so easy to use this time as an excuse to really let my anxiety feed me things like taco bell and such, and just say to heck with it.  I'm trying my best to not let that happen.   I hope everyone is having success with their journey.  I wish you all the good luck there is.
