Well, I think changing from my elliptical to actually the treadmill has paid off.  I did something to my back though, pulled a muscle I'll assume, but hey, my body is going through so many adjustments, i think it just doesn't know what to do with itself...LOL  I did my take on a chicken schwarma wrap last week for my dinners, and mixed a couple salad nights in there.   For my take on chicken schwarma, i bought the italian Flat out Breads, 90 calories, 2butter and bread sandwich pickles, 33 cals,  (love em), Sabra's garlic hummus 70 cals for 2 tablespoons, and a whole chicken breast.  Comes a little under 400 calories, but that's the whole meal.  It was filling, very tasty if you're into middle eastern food, and not too much or too little.  I think I'm making a roast this week, haven't figured it out yet.....I'll keep you posted on it.  Basically for breakfasts I switched that up too.  I was buying the Jimmy Dean delighful sandwiches or frittatas.  Well, I'm now making my own sandwich which is 290 calories, but keeps me full until lunch, when i have a lean cuisine of some type.  My sandwich is 2 eggs (i microwave them in this thing from tupperware, they come out perfect and round, so no fats added ) (142 cals), 2 slices of 35 calorie bread of some type, and 1 slice of cheese that's no more than 70 calories (muenster, low fat cheddar, or mozzarella).  And that is very a lot, but again, no snacks in between breakfast and lunch.  In the afternoon, i usually have a snack of lite popcorn, and yes, i eat the whole darn bag.  I only buy Kroger Brand, or Pop Weaver.  I get the lite butter pop weaver at walmart.  It's only 220 calories for the whole bag, and keeps me good until after the gym and i come home and make dinner.  Or the Kroger lite, is 250 calories.  The pop weaver tastes better, and the bag is slightly smaller.   I'm not talking mini bags, I'm talking regular full size, because mini bags and me don't mingle.  One thing i'm disappointed in is my fitbit.  I have a blaze, and honestly, it's really upsetting to me, because it's not reading accurate anymore.  I've had it for about a year now or almost.  Sometimes when I get off the treadmill (i usually walk 2.5 or 2.75 miles), it stops and only gives me about 2000 steps.  2000 steps is about a mile, give or take, so there's no way, so i know it's not accurate.  I've reset it a couple times, but it's still doing it.  I don't think i will ever buy another fitbit.  This is my 3rd one, and they are too costly to die on me as they have.  I had a flex, a clip on one, then a charge, oh, so this is actually my 4th one.  I didn't have to pay for the clip on one. I did like this one the best until it started robbing me of my good stats.  LOL   Well, I can always log on My Fitness pal my estimation of what I've done if this thing continues to act up, but I don't like doing that.   Well, anyways, good luck on your journey everyone!
