Well, my bad eating and not consistently working out caught up with me and I put on 4lbs, but it's weird because no inches gained.  4lbs is a lot for a week, or any amount of time really, but I own it....getting back to consistency.  I find it funny how little effort it takes to put on, but so much effort to take the weight off.  I can cry and say not fair, but honestly, I deserve it.  I know what I did, and just need to get over it and as I say, back on track.  There's always something in life, and we just need to adjust accordingly.  So, as for the snack to do right after work while taking the hour it takes to get home, i figured a protien bar should work.  One that's less than 200 calories.  I should be okay with that.  This way my sugar won't nosedive when I work out.  It did that last workout after work and I abruptly had to stop. Way back before WLS, I was diabetic, and my sugar went on the low side after it.  Now it's going back to low, so I need to be on top of things even moreso now.  Regain sucks and is harder to lose but with determination, we can get to where we should be, but i refuse to do anything to the extreme, or any fad diet.  I didn't track my calories, and barely worked out, and a regain happened.  Back on track folks.  AND,. as you can see, I'm still blogging, even with a gain.  Why????   Well, we all falter and need to be accountable for what we do.  It's quite embarassing to fall off the wagon, even for a short duration of time, but it happens.  We have to find the way to pick ourselves up again, dust the shoulders off, and get back to health.  Good luck on your journeys!!
