B12 and vitamin D levels - What should our B12and vitamin D levels be 2 years after RNY?

Coconut oil or flaxseed oil - Are we able to absorb these. Does anyone use them regularly. I was buying flaxseed oil but the guy in the nutrition store said the coconut was better. Any ideas??
