opps I missed a day of blogging

Day four stats:

 calories 862, protein, 67, water 48 ounces, walking 30 minutes. Still not hitting all my marks, but I am doing so much better than I was. I am not even mad at myself. So Yay for me!

 Day five stats:

calories 970, protein 52, water 80 ounces, walking 47 minutes. Walked outside and I had to come home and lay down cause I overheated. The calories were higher because I sauted my shrimp in butter and I was hungry late at night so I had a protein shake. But mostly the butter, that was 204 calories. I like that I am at least able to look and see where I am missing the mark. I am not going to change my ticker till official weigh in on Monday. I feel like that is pretty good! I started the actual eating plan last Monday and that morning I weighed 220 this morning 212.

PS: I want an air fryer!
