Today I reached my goal weight! I'm 7.5 months post RNY.
I started at 282 last June, lost ~65lbs before surgery and set my goal for half of my 282lbs... Today I'm 141!
Now I can eat cupcakes and rice ;)

I'm off to TN this afternoon to a) attend a dog show and b) breed my dog. I'm kinda nervous about my first road trip alone post RNY (11 weeks out). I used to road trip all the time alone.

I saw my endocrinologist yesterday, I'm 3 weeks out.
He basically screamed at me for taking the meds that the surgeon sent me home with and told me I should have known better.
They sent me home with zantac and it should have been Pepc

I feel awesome! Zero pain, a tiny bit of nausea and got all my water in so far, 8 hours post op! Piece of cake so far lol my first walk ended up with a blood trail as one of my incisions isn't as happy as I am ;)

December 20 at Michael Garron. I was kinda hoping for earlier (considering I was cleared in August, but alas...)

I have an appointment to meet my surgeon this coming Friday. I don't have a date yet for my surgery.
The hospital just called to give me my preadmission appointment. It's November 8. The clerk that gave me the preadmission appointment thought

Got my all clear from the dietitian for surgery today. :) I let my Dr. choose whichever hospital he prefers for my surgery because I have no experience with either/dont know much about them.
Now the question is. How long until surgery at TWH? I
