Going Down

I was about to shoot my scale and measuring tape. but then finally my weight and measurments are going down again. Before the weight was going down but my measurements were staying the same. Now just about everything has gone down a little. 

Weight: 197.0lbs, Measurments: Neck 15", Chest 40.5", Waist 42.0", Hips 43", Thighs 23.5", Arms 13.5"
