Tammy, after reading your post, I felt I had to answer. You are eating way too little! You need to increase your calories. These should be protein. Your body thinks it is starving so that is why you are not losing weight. Besides that, it is not healty! You need to eat! And also, take your vitamins and drink your water. Get eating that protein! 200 calories is nuts! You should be eating at least 1000. Take care!
