Today makes my 3rd day and the optifast in vanilla is killing me any suggestions

I’ve started my 3 week slimtime(optifast) diet with liquids but I want to know what you guys were eating or drinking within these weeks

I’ve finish all my appointment and I’m meeting my surgeon end of this month what should I expect and when do I get my surgery date

ive finished all my appointment and now I’m going to meet the surgeon what happens at that appointment and when do you get your surgery date ?

What should I expect and what should I bring
