1 month Pre-Op 1500 calorie Diet - My one month check up with my PCP was on July 15, 2014.  My starting weight was 387 lbs.  I lost a total of 13 lbs which had me at a weight of 374.  One month down and 5 to go.

Started my 6 month diet with my PCP. - On Friday, 6/20/14, I went to see my PCP and she put me on a 1500 Calorie Diet.  HW 387 Lbs.
