OK guys please help me. I know I need to take my vitamins everyday but these Celebrate chewable are really making me ill. Do u guys have any other suggestions on what vitamins and calcium I can take.

You guys are great. Thank you all so very much. I've taken your advice getting more fluids and protein went to egg face website and I finally feel I might make it. Thank you so very much Thanks to for those who were checking on me as well.

Guys it's Ronda again .Tomorrow will be 3weeks and I can have liquids and pureed foods. I know I need lots of protein and fluids but I really don't like protein shakes. My stomach seems to be to nauseated I can't stand it. Do u have any suggestions how

Hello guys I'm RHonda and new to this site. I had bypass 2 weeks ago and am really struggling to eat. It seems food is making me feel ill. Do anyone have any advice for me?
