Since the fall I've been living in KW. I've noticed since the new year hit I can't find individual greek yogurt or any similar low sugar/high protein single serve yogurts any more! I've been to Zehrs, Superstore, Wal Mart, Sobeys, etc.

Like a dunderhead, I forgot my Opti this morning. I'm at work and can't head back home. I picked up some Atkins RTD shakes (just for today). I would normally have 2 opti shakes at work. Based on the numbers I think 2.5 or 3 Atkins RTD would be a decent

May 1st, TWH. I start Opti tomorrow, mercy me. After a million delays this is suddenly moving VERY fast and I am all about it!

Going to TWH first thing in the morning for my scope to check for ulcers etc. The only thing they said when they made this appt months ago was "don't eat or drink from bedtime the night before until you get here".
