Thanks to all who posted to my surgery page. I'm 4 days post-op and am doing just fine. All who are having surgery soon, best of luck and you will be in my prayers.

Hi Jenny, Just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you and wish you the best of luck. I am doing fine. I am 5 days post-op and feeling pretty good. I have some soreness but it is not untolerable. The staff at Women's and Children's are wonderful people and they will help you in any way. If you can try and have someone to stay with you while you are in the hospital. It's a big help if the nurses are busy. I am planning to attend the support group meeting on the 21st. If you can make it I would love to meet you. Remember to take your proti-diet with you to have in the hospital. I pray that God will be with you and your family and give you peace. Virginia, ~~~~CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ~~~~ May God give you courage, strength and guidance throughout your new journey. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Prayers that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands and you have a speedy recovery. . Remember your not alone in this journey, many of us have been down this road, we are here to offer love and support. Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side.
