Great news. I saw Dawn today and she looks great. When I got to the hospital at noon she was eating some jello and sipping some juice/water mixture. She sends her best to everyone on the board, and appreciates all the good wishes. I made a mistake when I entered Dr. Simon as her surgeon...it was Dr. Weiss that did her surgery, and it went great. When I left at 2:30 they put the order in to remove her IV. So hopefully she will be able to go home tomorrow. Again she sends her best to everyone! Debra

Dawn is doing great tonight. I just spoke to her, and although she said she is very thirsty, she feels good. Her pain is in good control with the PCA, and she's already been up and walking once today. Dr. Simon said it all went well. I'll be going to see her tomorrow and I'll update again. Keep up the encouragement and the prayers. Debra
