It is almost 19 months. I am so happy. Tonight I went out to dinner - and I ate sashmimi - which is raw fish-without rice. I am proud of my new habits. I leave the dinner table feeling full of energy, instead of tired and stuffed. Life is terrific! I love my new life, my new clothes, and the way people treat me. I wish I could help everyone out there who suffers from obesity. The other day - I bought a pair of size 2 petite Ralph Lauren jeans. What a great feeling!
