Weight stall

I need some type of advise on what should I do about  my weight stall....I am two month out of my sugery and my weight has been up ND down....I have been trying to drink as much water as possible. Ever since the surgery  my bowel movement have been very slow.....I have try to eat more fiber in my diet so I can go to the bathroom ....if anyone experience  this please let me know.
