People questioning my decision...

Why are some of the people that are closest to me trying to talk me out of doing this surgery?  It's very discouraging.  My family (Mom and brothers) are behind me 100%.  However, my best friend and husband are seriously trying to talk me out of it.  I need their support.  I have enough questions as it is already.  I let them talk me out of this 2 years ago and here I sit 2 years later as heavy as I was then, with the knee pain, insecurity and all.  Very frustrating....
