It feels so good to feel good!!

It's been a while since I have posted, but I am defnitely on this site daily.  I love the health tracker where I can log my nutition.  It's especially helpful in keeping up with my protein.  With that said, I have noticed that my weight loss has tremendously slowed down.  It's like down to 4 pounds a month.  I want to push start this weight loss again into something greater so that I can at least meet my goal by my surgiversary.  So, I've decided that as of today I will kick start my weightloss by going back into ketosis.  After doing a lot of research, I am basically just going to cut my carbs to a max of 30grams per day and only eat foods high in protein, a few dairy and get my carbs from veggies and or fruits.  Also, I still struggle with getting enough fluids.  So, I'm also working really hard to up the anty on my fluid intake.  Hopefully, this will push to improve my metabolism for more than a four pound weight loss for the next few months.  Wish me luck!!

On an awesome note....I just cannot begin to tell you how good I feel!  My daughters were in the Azalea Festival parade again this year.  Last year, I worked it so that I could sit on the float.  I knew that there was no way I could walk that whole parade.  This year, I walked, I ran, I danced...you name it, I did it.  It feels so good to feel good!!  Not to mention how good it feels to be looked at as more than a pretty face.  This is what it's all about!!
