Paul, Deciding to have this surgery is a major commitment and the first step toward improved health. You are to be commended for making the decision that will literally change your life....in many good ways. The road won't always be easy, but I can pretty much guarantee you it WILL be interesting!--including a wench named Wilma chasing you all the way to the hospital LOL God's peace tomorrow.

Best of luck to you on your surgery! I pray all goes very well, and that your recovery goes smoothly. Listen to the Doctor, and remember to walk when you can. It really does help!! Take good care.

Paul, You have a wonderful daughter and son and I'm proud of you for making the decision to become more fit. In years to come they will never even realize you were once heavy....only when they see pictures. You will be a good example for their own good health. May your surgery go well and your recovery time quickly so that you can realize your dreams. God's peace be with you.

Paul, Have the Greatest Ever on the 18th!! It’s good to see more guys out here on AMOS. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with less hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Best Wishes- Dx
