I can not say enough POSITIVE about the nurses I encountered at CPMC!!!!! They were attentive, responsive, and took care of needs quickly. |

It seemed a lot of my "discharge training" happened during the late evening and (most of all!) early morning hours. I felt well-prepared to handle my needs when discharged and that the staff at the hospital did a remarkable job providing care through my stay with them. |

| I didn't really select the hospital. Dr. Jossart was performing his surgeries here and because I trust his standard of excellence, I was sure he would have high expectations of the hospital he works in. The hospital was exceptional. |

I found this hospital was very clean and well organized. It could get loud from time to time, but it was usually because the staff was getting along so well with one another. The staff is what made the difference, they listened and tried to anticpate my every need. Exceptional work. CPMC also has oversized hospital gowns which covered my very ample figure and the beds were oversized as well. It was very comfortable. They even set up a trapeze bar for me so that I could lift myself in and out of bed for my walks. The shower and bathroom were very clean and the nurses were in very frequently to attend to any questions, administer medications, basically tend to any need. It was an exceptional experience. |

From the moment that I arrived at CPMC I felt welcomed. My husband and I went into to admitting room and I changed into my hospital gown. I was covered with warm fuzzy socks and a nice warm blanket. I think if I were allowed to have any food or drink that day, they would have brought me a cup of hot cocoa...lol,
just kidding. They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. My husband was allowed to stay in my room, they even wheeled him in a cot without our request. My husband enjoyed their reclining chairs that they had in the room as well. |

The hospital was great. Each patient has a team assigned. There is an RN, a CNA, and other people. I didn't have a private room, but had a great roommate. It space was added in as an afterthought. It was a small space in the corner. Someone always answered the call button and I didn't have any of the hospital horror story events happen. |

This was an amazing stay. I had a private room with a view of the city. It was like a hotel room with a hospital bed. I had a huge, clean, private bathroom, a very quiet hall, responsive nurses and orderlies, great staff.
I almost didn't want to leave!!! It was GREAT!
My only complaint is that the parking garage is hella far away from the main hospital...down a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE hill. Good exercise though. :)

I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the hospital. Every physician, every nurse, every specialist I encountered there was pleasant, professional and supportive. I felt very well cared for. |

The staff was very nice because my surgery was delayed. I felt well informed and well taken care of. My anesthesiologist was the best. The nurses were kind and took could care of me. It was kind of like a dream from the meds. |
