Overall Value: Good Oversized Equipped: Average Oversized Sensitive: Excellent
Multi Security: Good Privacy: Good Pain Medication: Excellent
Quiet: Excellent Visiting: Excellent Staff Responsive: Excellent
Parking: Excellent
How Selected: It was where my surgeon performed the surgery so I didn't select it. Actually, it would not have been in my top 3 choices of hospitals to go to. Not because of the staff or surgeons just because the hospital is old and in need a a MAJOR revamp!
Competitors: The staff was EXCELLENT. Hospital needs to be brightened up. They just need to gut it out and remodel it. Everything is so old!

How Selected: There were two hospitals to choose from and I felt safe with either choice but decided on Carraway as opposed to Trinity formally Baptist because it is a little closer to where I live. I think it might shave off 20 minutes of driving.
Competitors: All the hospitals in Birmigham have good reputations as far as I know.
Comments: Everyone was so very nice and helpful. The parking was great and best of all free. Everyone I met helped me even if I didn't need help they offered. I come from a very small town and was not expecting the recetion I got. I was very blessed. I really feel God is with me in this.
